Once we receive your product along with your explanation for the return we will refund your credit card or send you a check (costs for shipping will not be refunded).

In all cases please know that due to the fact that we custom make your order, please allow time for us to prepare the products for you so that they are the freshest when we send them.  This may delay your ship date.

All orders are shipped via UPS.  During the checkout process, you will be given the option to choose which method your prefer, UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air.  Shipping costs will vary.
